All services you get a 24 hour period were you can cancel services and get a full refund. If you are passed that period you will wait for the reinvestment program to kick in were you will gain interest from your initial payment.  If you are apart of the business mentorship program most funds can be reclaimed back through tax filings. 

Yes, If you are unsatisfied with your original service you can transfer it to another service.
